At Viopage, we are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your personal data. This policy applies to all users of viopage.com (the "Service").
1. Information You Provide
When you create an account and use Viopage, we collect the following information that you voluntarily provide: email address, username, display name, bio, profile photo (avatar), links and their titles/URLs, and social media icon selections.
2. Information Collected Automatically
When visitors view your public Viopage profile, we automatically collect: page view and link click events, approximate geographic location (country-level, derived from IP address), referring website (how visitors found your page), browser type and device information (user agent), and the date and time of visits. IP addresses are not stored in our analytics database. We use anonymized data to provide you with aggregated analytics insights.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to: (a) provide, operate, and maintain the Service; (b) display your public profile page to visitors; (c) provide analytics and insights about your profile performance; (d) process your subscription and payments through our payment provider; (e) communicate important updates about the Service, such as changes to these policies; (f) improve and develop new features for the platform; (g) prevent fraud, abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service.
4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
Viopage uses the following cookies and similar technologies: (a) Locale cookie — stores your language preference (English or Portuguese); (b) Authentication cookies — managed by Supabase to maintain your login session. In the future, we may implement advertising cookies from third-party services including Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) Pixel for marketing and retargeting purposes. When implemented, these cookies will be subject to your consent where required by law, and this policy will be updated accordingly. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate Viopage: (a) Supabase — database hosting, user authentication, and file storage (supabase.com); (b) LemonSqueezy — payment processing, subscription management, tax handling, and invoicing as our Merchant of Record (lemonsqueezy.com). In the future, we may integrate: Google Analytics and Google Ads for analytics and advertising; Meta (Facebook) Pixel for advertising and retargeting. Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing their use of your data.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We only share your data with the third-party service providers listed above, solely for the purposes described in this policy. We may also disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Viopage, our users, or the public.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. Analytics data is retained for up to 24 months. When you delete your account, your personal data, profile content, and links are permanently deleted within 30 days. Some anonymized, aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for internal analytics and service improvement purposes.
8. Your Rights
Under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and, where applicable, the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to: (a) Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you; (b) Correction — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data; (c) Deletion — request deletion of your personal data; (d) Portability — request your data in a structured, machine-readable format; (e) Withdrawal of consent — withdraw consent for data processing at any time; (f) Objection — object to certain types of data processing; (g) File a complaint — with the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) or your local supervisory authority. 9. Children's Privacy
Viopage is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@viopage.com.
10. International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed and stored on servers located outside of Brazil, including in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. When your data is transferred internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place as required by the LGPD and other applicable data protection laws.
11. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, including SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit, secure authentication mechanisms, and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use of Viopage after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
